These tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays for $35, regularly $70. The Old City Historic Tour, the company's most popular, visits sights in Old City and the Historical and Waterfront districts. Guides share the stories of more than 20 noteworthy sights, such as the Liberty Bell, the Betsy Ross House, Penn's Landing and the Powel House. Receive an in-depth training and orientation from the staff before the tour, which begins at 1 or 3:30 p.m. daily from the Independence Visitor Center at 1 North Independence Mall West. Not valid on major holidays or holiday weekends. Each rider must be at least 14 years of age, be a minimum of 48â tall and weigh between 100 lbs. and 260 lbs. At least 1 adult (18 and over) must accompany any minor. All riders must wear flat-soled, closed-toe shoes. In the interest of safety, this is not valid for those with balance issues, those who are pregnant, or anyone under the influence of alcohol. Must sign waiver. A charge will be placed against your credit card, in conjunction with the damage waiver release, should any damage be sustained to the Segway you are riding. Subject to weather conditions. Limit 2 voucher purchases per person; 2 additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Gratuity and tax, if applicable, are not included. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer.
