The Fine Print
A refund may be collected within 24 hours of your purchase. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss an event. Purchasers will be notified prior to canceled or rescheduled Adventures. Canceled Adventures will be fully refunded. If you can't make the new date of a rescheduled Adventure, you are entitled to a refund upon request • One reschedule per event; reschedules must be made more than 7 days prior to event date, and new date must be more than 24 hours from time of request • You MUST be able to swim to participate in this LivingSocial Adventure • This is an 18+ Event. Anyone suspected to be under the age of 18 may be asked to leave without a refund • No experience needed but rafting does require light to moderate exercise. Good physical condition is encouraged. All skill levels welcome. Description
Make the most of the summer months by getting out of town with this LivingSocial Original: a day of whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River with lunch on the river and round-trip transportation. Meet the LivingSocial staff at 45th Street and 11th Avenue to board a bus for Whitewater Challengers. Once there, you'll meet the Whitewater Challengers river guides, then take a short ride to the Lehigh River for approximately two hours of rafting down Class I to III rapids on the river's best dam-release days. Along the way, you'll stop for a bag lunch (turkey, ham, or vegetarian PB&J sandwich, with a snack, water bottle, and cookies), then get back on the river for another hour or so. At the end of the ride, you'll change, chill, and jump back on the bus for NYC.
