Four years ago, after having grown frustrated with how difficult it was to find resources that would help her live the healthy, balanced life she wanted, Amy opened Symmetry, Nashville’s one-stop shop for all things healthy living. And the recent addition of a juice and smoothie bar to Symmetry’s long list of offerings has got us pretty stoked. In fact, we feel a little healthier just thinking about it. As far as juices go, we love the Envy, a beautiful green blend of cucumber, kale, apple and lemon. But if you prefer something a little sweeter (but still healthy, of course) the James Addiction, a juice made of fresh pineapple, orange, and beet is a winner. The Top Trop, a deliciously filling concoction of avocado, banana, date and coconut milk filled our smoothie-loving hearts with joy, and the fact that you can always bypass the menu and create a smoothie or juice blend of your own makes us feel like we've entered some bizarro version of Willy Wonka's world where everything's fresh and organic. Oh, and extras like probiotics and maca can also be added to any drink for an extra boost of awesomeness. (The oompa loompas would be so fit here!)
