Start by trickling into Bohn Park in Lyon, Colorado, on the morning of Saturday, June 1, where your can-loving crew will be waiting to help check you in. Next, head out on the 5K, a fun run in the park where all kinds of folks -- from parents with strollers, to people with their dogs, to hardcore runners -- are encouraged to hit the course at their own pace.
