Children over the age of twelve or additional adults will be charged an additional $50 per night per person at the resort. Taxes of 14% of the package price ($41.86) will be charged upon check-out from the resort. Changes and cancels inside 72 hours will be subject to a $125 fee. Minimum 7 day notice for travel is required. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. This offer is not valid for group travel. Certificates are valid for the face value of the certificate being redeemed and may be used at the outlet directly or may be applied at checkout towards relevant charges applied to the room folio. Gift certificates are not valid for taxes or gratuities. There is no change issued on gift certificates and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Gift certificates must be presented upon ordering if using to pay at the conclusion of the meal or service being purchased. For guests staying in the resort, they may charge the meal or service to their room folio and present their certificate to the Front Desk at checkout. Gift certificates must be validated by an authorized representative of Club Tesoro (as designated by Director General of Club Tesoro). Gift certificates are not transferable and may only be used by the guest named on the certificate. Gift certificates are valid during guests visit to the Wyndham Cabo San Lucas Resort and must be used prior to expiration date on certificate. Expired gift certificates will not be reissued. Since Gift certificates do have a cash value, lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
