Take a Chicago Day Kayaking trip for $29, regularly $60. Trips depart from Gillson Park in Wilmette (weather permitting), just a few blocks from the Linden Purple Line CTA stop. The Northwest Passage recommends arriving 10 minutes early to check in, after which a brief lesson will take place on shore. Afterward, kayakers will spend a relaxing, recreational two hours on the waters of Lake Michigan taking in the view and building their paddling skills.
