Chef Zach Lutton even caters dishes toward calorie-restricted, vegetarian, low-carb, and paleo diets. Try the popular turkey ragu, the crab-stuffed flounder with Cajun seasonings, a grass-fed lamb burger from Twin County Dorpers in Harper, or the oven-roasted portobello cap stuffed with basil, thyme, Parmesan, and tomatoes and served on a whole wheat bun alongside sweet potato fries.
