The restaurant formerly known as Swit reopened a couple months ago as West & Mill, a handsome bakery, cafe, and bistro that's bringing a taste of something a little new to the neighborhood, Euro-style — rich croque madames for breakfast, applewood bacon pierogies for snacking, mussels in a spicy tomato cream sauce for dinner, a "Monkson Mule" gin elixir in a copper cup, and a robust wine selection for your lounging and sipping pleasure. Nab a table in the open, airy dining room, camp out on the fireside leather couch, or kick it on the spacious patio (which, by the way, is heated during cool weather) — wherever you decide to get your lounge on, you'll definitely see that this comfy-chic spot is perfect for your après-ski — er, maybe just après-work — enjoyment.
