Learn parkour from celebrity parkourist of "The Tribe," Jimmy Davidson, at West Coast Martial Arts Academy with a month of unlimited classes. You'll learn the basics of navigating an urban landscape in a safe environment, full of practice pieces and giant foam mats. Hoist, lift, leap, turn, and tumble your body through space, using objects to propel you forward. Those flowers better watch out come Monday - who knows what tricks you'll be practicing.

Take your wall-climbing kiddo to this martial arts school's Rancho Bernardo location, where students are guided by accomplished parkour instructor Jimmy Davidson. On Saturday from 2 to 3 p.m., they'll learn to leap over blocks, walls, and other obstacles, using only their hands, feed, and natural momentum to propel themselves forward (don't worry -- there are three-inch mats to keep them safe). After they've gotten comfortable, they'll take to the outside world to tackle some real-world obstacles. Your kid catching some serious air? Now, that's a frame-worthy.
