The average home has between 25-40 exterior panes, and between 50-80 interior/exterior panes. Additional panes can be cleaned at the discounted rate of $2/pane. 2 story windows are cleaned with a 22 foot extension ladder. Windows higher than 2 stories can be cleaned at an additional rate of $4/pane. Exterior screens must be removed by the homeowner. Storm windows are excluded from this deal and subject to standard rates. Windows that have not been cleaned in the past year will be cleaned at the discounted rate of $3/pane. Windows with excessive dirt and debris will be subject to the standard rate of $3-6/pane. Interior window panes requiring a ladder can be cleaned at an additional rate of $4/pane. This voucher is good for cleaning of the window glass only. Standard rates apply for screens, tracks, sills and trim cleaning. Homes more than 20 miles from the 35W/494 area are subject to a small travel fee.
