To the owners of Therapy Wine Bar in Bed-Stuy, Therapy means "Sharing the right room with the right people, listening to the right music, while sipping the right wine". Um, we're on board. p With an eclectic and ever-adapting menu, Therapy has something to offer just about everyone in the neighborhood, which was exactly their goal. One of the highlights of the menu that immediately grabbed our attention? Mini Chicken & Waffles (call obsessed!). Other unique features include their weekend Cheese Plate Brunch, where you'll get a soup and salad plus your choice of 3-4 different cheeses. A little heartier fare includes Pork Sliders with Whiskey BBQ Sauce, and Cheese or Chocolate Fondue, and Chicken Wings. About those wines: they feature mostly New World wines (no offense France & Italy) ranging from California to South Africa. Their most popular is a Coffee Pinotage which they have trouble keeping around. If you're more in the mood for an afterwork cocktail try creations like the Malbec Martini, made with vodka that is made with actual wine grapes and topped with a floater of Malbec wine. This is definitely a therapy couch worth bragging about.
