Kids can also create a masterpiece on “Arts and Crafts Wednesdays."Don't worry, we didn't forget about you, Mom. The Nourish and Flourish Cooking Class is a joint class for parents and kids (3-6 years old) to cook and bake together. Children will work with a professional wellness chef to develop fine motor skills, learn about new foods, nutrition, and kitchen safety, as well as what it means to work and share with others towards a common goal. It's a 12-week class, so you'll have a plenty of quality time with your little chef – and lots of new friends!
