Explore our city's history and learn about the lives of those who once were during The Preservation Society of Chapel Hill's one-hour Voices from the Grave walking tour of Old Chapel Hill Cemetery. Pay $15 (regularly $30) for two tickets to this family tour on Friday, October 19, or on Saturday, October 20, and spend some time weaving through the headstones. Beginning at 7 p.m., you'll depart from the cemetery's gazebo and explore the final resting places of well-known North Carolinians like William Meade Prince, author of The Southern Part of Heaven; Inez Stacey, the first UNC Dean of Women; and more.
