With scores of flopped-soufflé fiascos in your past, it's no wonder you've got caterers on speed dial. Fortunately, even the most kitchen-shy folks can sink their teeth into today's deal from The International Culinary Center in Campbell: Spend $150 (regularly $300) for a 45-minute cooking demonstration and tasting, a 45-minute wine seminar and tasting, and a three-course dinner with two glasses of wine. Offered on select Wednesday evenings in September, this divine event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cooking demonstration by The International Culinary Center's Director of Culinary Education, Chef Rogers Powell, in the Culinary Theater. Then, move to the Wine Theater for a 45-minute wine seminar and tasting of four wines led by Master Sommelier Roland Micu (one of only 197 in the world). Dinner is served at 8 p.m. in the Monte Bello Dining Room. To commemorate your educational visit, you'll take home an ICC apron and hat -- as well as some culinary confidence. Want more?
