For the now-owner Norm, time spent falling in love with coffee in Seattle lead to a part time hobby roasting beans in NYC, which lead to providing a LES boutique hotel with some very delicious java. The hotel connection led to the store front at Boho, where the guys of Coffee Foundry can now focus on their mission of bringing the neighborhood quality, artisanal coffee and espresso drinks. What excites them now is the ability to highlight coffee from various regions, using different methods of brewing. Grab a seat at the bar to talk shop and see just how easy it is to nerd out on the topic. Soon they'll also have some local craft beers on tap, plus will be opening a small kitchen for light noshing.
