Stone Soup Theatre, the group that produced the West Coast premiere of "5X Tenn" some years ago, now presents "5X Tenn (Or So) by Tennessee Williams". It's a show of selected one-acts published after the death of one of America's most treasured playwrights, Tennessee Williams. The seldom-produced Williams one-acts include the post-apocalyptic dystopia of "Chalky White Substance", the flooded New Orleans of "Kingdom of Earth", and the dangers of a fascist regime in "The Municipal Abattoir". Also on the program are "Talk to Me Like the Rain", "Sunburst" and "The Big Game".

Pay $80, and send your little ham to a week of half-day Summer Acting Camp at Marymoor Park (regularly $160), or for $122, enroll him or her in full-day camp (regularly $245). Half-day camps are reserved for children age 3 to 7 and meet from 9 a.m. to noon; full-day camps are for ages 6 to 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and kids should bring snacks, lunch, and plenty o' water. Camps at this intimate theatre are June 25 through August 31. Each week has a fun theme, ranging from popular fantasy to Greek myths, and full-day campers will have the opportunity to memorize and perform 30-minute scripts.
