Be it your first time training, or if you’re looking to change and challenge yourself with a new workout, we provide the means to push you further. Our team of instructors will inspire you to meet your goals, motivate you to stay on track. This is a holistic outdoor women's community fitness program begins in the morning Monday through Thursday --so get ready to start your days feeling exuberant!
Newtonian wisdom tells us that a body in motion tends to stay in motion. Our personal trainer's take? A body stuck on the couch could use a bit of commotion! Get moving with today's deal: For $39 (regularly $120), you'll get eight Booty Camp classes over two weeks from Southside Booty Camp. Or, pay $75 (regularly $240) for 16 Booty Camp classes over eight weeks. Designed to increase lean muscle mass and ramp up your metabolism, these women-only sessions are a far cry from a stuffy afternoon at the gym. Monday to Thursday through the end of October, bring a floor mat, a pair of five-pound weights, and running shoes to Volunteer Park in Capitol Hill or Seward Park in Rainier Valley for a morning class held outdoors. Starting in November, workouts move to nearby indoor locations -- the Russian Community Center in Capitol Hill; the Mount Baker Community Club; and the Lakewood-Seward Park Community Club. All fitness levels are welcome, creating a supportive community in which you'll discover how a blend of cardio drills, core training, plyometrics, and active stretching can motivate you toward a healthy, active lifestyle.
