One experience redeemed per person, up to three more may be purchased as gifts. Reservations required 48 hours, subject to availability. Must have a valid California fishing license ($41.50 resident / $13.50 one-day) and abalone report card ($19.95). A one-day fishing license and abalone report card can be purchased at a sporting goods store or tackle shop. Parking and trespass fees will vary from approximately $6 to $8, and are the responsibility of the diver. Reservations are required, depending on availability. Expires one year from the date of purchase. Bring a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen & a change of clothes. Four people must redeem a particular date to activate a trip. Must be 14 or older.

Play survivor and snag your own dinner on this unique culinary adventure to the Sonoma coast. This in-the-ocean abalone diving class puts you in shallow waters rich with abalone, where a professional dive instructor teaches the methods for spotting abalone, surface diving and retrieving them from the ocean floor, and, most importantly, how to cook them just right. They do taste as good as the shell looks - and with a pot-luck picnic at the end of your dive session, we promise you'll learn the enjoyable way. Even if you don't want to share your catch, you'll have a bundle of fun and won't go hungry, as hotdogs will be provided for you. Bring a bathing suit, a towel and your appetite - it's going to be a wonderful morning spent underwater learning a great new skill - followed by an afternoon in the park eating in the fresh air.
