Step foot in Sole Shoes & Accessories' bad-ace boutique and then get back to me. A tad edgier than the flagship Edgewood Center shop, the Atlantic Station location kicks it up a notch with even more funky-meets-functional looks for your tootsies, tête and everywhere in between. Think of it as the night to the Edgewood shop's day; the bumpin' club to the chic brunch spot; the 'meow!' to the 'here kitty, kitty.' You get the idea. Shiny, sparkly, spikey -– whatever floats your fashion boat awaits. Case in pointy: pair after pair of jaw-dropping Jeffrey Campbell booties, flats and heel-less(!) heels covered in spiked studs. Stun-ning. Especially when topped with a sassy, one-shouldered dress from C. Luce and some Geranium jewelry for extra shimmer. When I shop at Sole, I instantly feel like my insecurities shrink and my income doubles. Not only is there a hot look for every body (it's practically impossible to look bad in a great shoe), but almost everything in there costs under $100. Cha-ching! Plus, Sole's staff puts quality service way above quotas, and won't send you home with a shopping bag full of regrets. I can vouch for that – and so can the awesome little black dress, with rad gold zipper and sassy peplum detailing, an associate gently recommended in lieu of a skintight purple number I was considering (before she intervened, I had almost convinced myself that bending over was overrated).
