And Chef Logan here means it: everything is smoked in-house. In fact, said Zach, the general manager, “He’ll smoke anything if it can fit in the smoker.” Which explains why a plain old veggie like asparagus tastes so decadent and rich at this light-filled spot. It’s smoked! Yes, besides the pounds and pounds of bovine, porcine and other carnivorous favorites that are found here, vegans can also get in on the smoky goodness. Along with the ‘gus, there are smoked vegan wings with a choice of rub and/or sauce, a veggie chili and even vegan spare ribs. Trust us, they’re about as good as the real thing, especially when paired with one of the 24 drafts, 30-plus cans or 160 whiskeys on offer. We dare you to try them all.
