Students will select the red or white wine of their choice -- or pick a creative fruit wine like Black Cherry Pinot Noir or Kiwi Melon Pinot Grigio -- before rolling up their sleeves to begin their delicious work under the supervision of Sheppard's resident experts. After adding the ingredients and completing the initial preparations, you'll be free to go about your business until receiving a fateful message that the fermentation process has been completed.
