One part theater, one part comedy and another part music, Secret Improv Society is all about acting on a whim. Using audience suggestions, the collective talents of the SIS will turn a collection of words into a hilarious scene, musical accompaniment and all. Each week, new audience suggestions, along with guest stars and musicians, make each show completely unique. As is the nature of improv, no two shows are ever alike. And if you have a few creative ideas of your own, shout them out ya wuss! Though, if you prefer the sound of your laughter to the sound of your voice, shouting out suggestions is not a requirement. The Shelton Theater is well ventilated, the seats are made up of state-of-the-art rear-adapting materials (cozy cushions), and the aisles are big enough for your laughing self to roll into easily.
