The Seattle BBQ & Grilling School brings you an opportunity to hone your skills in a 6 hour barbecue grilling and smoking class at their new classroom facility in Tukwila. Owner Stu has travelled all of North America and parts of Asia attending barbecue festivals and grilling contests since 1998, and brings with him a highly trained staff of smoking & grilling experts, including "Sauce King" Erik Viken. Students in these "hands on" classes will prepare Pork Tenderloin, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, chicken, turkey, peppers, sweet potatoes, and even a pizza on Traeger, One Big Easy, and One Big Green Egg smokers. Classes begin at 10 AM on most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays beginning in late March to the end of September. Meat grilling and smoking is best enjoyed with your choice of beverage, so feel free to bring whatever will compliment this experience.
