One experience redeemed per person, multiple may be purchased as gifts. Reservations required, subject to availability. Subject to severe weather. Must be 12 years of age or older to attend. Available Saturdays, 8am - 2pm. Expires one year from date of purchase. All students MUST be able to ride a bicycle and have recent bicycle experience. This is discussed when classes are set up and if people are not honest about this they may have a difficult time.
Description
Dirt biking: Just like riding a bike, but so much more thrilling. Take to the mud, the hills and the classroom with this introductory, all-day training session from School of Dirt. Class begins bright and early at 8am, but you'll arrive a bit earlier to be fitted in the appropriate gear for the day. A quick discussion of proper riding gear, cycling strategies and responsible behavior will ensue in a classroom setting, followed by the team heading outdoors and into the dirt bike jungle. Start with basic instruction on balance, control, and accelerating forward. You'll progress from riding in a straight line to circling the track, then turning figure-8's and riding over obstacles. A hill is traversed from both sides learning U-turns and K-turns. Finally you'll ride the the full length of the property to utilize your full day of hands-on learning. In the middle of all this is lunch, with snacks and water available every hour. If you're looking for a lifetime of exhilarating and safe two-wheel adventures, make this is your very first stop.
