And now, after 12 years of gussying up the manes of many an Atlantan, the beloved Salon Red has brought their knowledge, expertise, and signature brand of laid-back chic to Midtown. With only four chairs, the salon is intimate and cozy, without a trace of unce-unce-unce-style snobbery that might sneak its way into other salons in the neighborhood. And the stylists wielding their scissors with wizard-like skills are all about taking the time to talk with their clients and figure out the cut/color/style that will maximize their level of foxiness, whether you're looking to go ginger or, ah, Lisa Frank-style. It's why they have a slew of awards and accolades, but it's also why their clients tell their friends, and friends-of-friends, and total strangers on the street about the beloved salon.
