Description
At Salem Flight Training, you’ll find experienced instructors who are passionate about aviation. The introductory Discovery Flight lesson begins with ground training, where you’ll get in the cockpit of a Cessna 152 or Skyhawk and master preflight tasks, starting up, and taxiing to the runway. Then, under the guidance of your instructor, you’ll take off for a cruise of the skies. During your flight, you’ll also have the chance to do some sightseeing, so be sure to bring your camera to capture frame-worthy shots of the Oregon coast (while your instructor takes the controls, of course). Get ready to see the Pacific Northwest in a whole new way—with your head in the clouds!
