Walk into Rocking Tanuki and that's only the first of many choices you'll be making. From nigiri (the type of sushi made up of a small clump of rice typically topped with a piece of fish) to maki (which combines toppings and rice wrapped in sheets of seaweed, or nori, and served in six or eight slices), choices abound at this sushi spot down the road from Fashion Valley mall.
