Co-owners and soul-sisters Sheila Arias' and Janna Bishop's mission is to provide quality natural health resources in an open and caring environment that supports others through their individual and collective journeys to live happier, healthier lives. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing that uses a natural, non-invasive treatment of laying one's hands on certain areas of the body to help conduct the natural flow of life force energy to areas where it is low. It is believed that when our life force is low, stress and illness are more likely to occur. Benefits of Reiki include supporting the immune system, reducing stress, stabilizing emotions, promoting faster recovery from acute and chronic illness and injury, and enabling feelings of well-being and security.
