Located in basement, this place has enough charm, liquor and deliciously priced food to make up for its lack of natural lighting. But then again, who needs windows when you have a Philly cheesesteak sammie, a plate of proper lamb chops, or a dish overflowing with chicken wings dunked in the chef's specialty apricot sauce to savor?
