You (or someone you find particularly photogenic) are getting an intimate one-hour photo shoot with Raya—a fashion photographer who’s created photographic masterpieces for Cartier, Lolita Lempicka, Sephora and many others. You’re also getting the five best shots professionally retouched and printed on metallic paper. Enjoy responsibly... Your Instagram-filtering talents: amazing. But sometimes there comes a person in your life whose beauty simply can’t be trusted to anyone but a photographic virtuoso with a supremely high-definition camera. And potentially some finely crafted French unmentionables. (Just spitballing here.) For that person, we present this Perk: An exclusive intimate, one-on-one photo shoot with Raya—a world-renowned fashion photographer who’s just invited you to her personal studio in Little Italy. A little about Raya: She was born in Israel, but earned her chops in Paris where she worked with Harper’s Bazaar, Cartier, Elle and dozens of other prestigious brands. A little more about Raya: She was named a Hasselblad Master and won the 2005 Cannes fashion photography festival, along with a bunch of other crazy accomplishments you’d expect from a fashion photographer with just one name. Here’s how the shoot is going down: First, you (or your lucky giftee) are arriving at Raya’s personal photography studio in Little Italy. Kind of goes without saying, but... your giftee should come dressed and made-up to impress. And bring a few of her/your favorite outfits. Then, you’ll have an hour with Raya one-on-one where she’ll have you pose, scowl, smile, strut, turn, gaze and... you know, do the classic model-y stuff. Raya will take all of your photos with a Hasselblad HD camera. It’s basically a handheld version of the Hubble telescope, ensuring even your tiniest perfections don’t go unnoticed. After the shoot: you’ll select your five favorite shots, which will then be printed on 11-by-14-inch Kodak professional metallic paper. You’ll also get high-resolution copies of their files for future use.
