Punk Rock Pony was started by horse enthusiast Adina Roberts who, in 2009, stopped working as an executive and followed her lifelong dream to wake up everyday and work with horses. She’d been giving riding lessons on the side for over ten years, and after ending her corporate life, threw herself full force into training and teaching.During your 1-hour lesson you’ll learn how to ride, and get instruction on grooming, tacking, and handling a horse as well. Want to make things even more interesting? Adina is known for riding “naked” (when the horse is bareback and bridleless) so you’ll have the opportunity to learn a unique and thrilling style of riding.Punk Rock Pony’s barn is filled with a group of amazing horses--one of Roberts’ horses, Toby, has even been named Pet of the Week by the West Seattle Herald, but you’ll also meet Bodhi, Willow, Punkie, Manford, Loki and OH BEE.
