A truly unique fusion of traditional Indian foods and modern western techniques, Pronti Bistro brings you the authentic taste of India in a wrap, or as we call it, a Pronti. Instead of plain old flavorless tortilla wraps that are dry, rough, and pre-made, our Pronti's are prepared from whole-wheat flour with no trans-fat or cholestorol and are baked on a hot plate when ordered. They are our fusion of the traditional Indian Parantha, a type of bread that is served with breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Just like its older sibling, it is moist and flakey while bringing a delightful crunch to every bite. The next step to our Pronti's is the best part, you can choose what you would like your Pronti to consist of ranging from malai chicken tikka, tandoori chicken tikka, beef tikka, lamb tikka, fish tikka, paneer (Cheese) tikka, bartha (eggplant), or our aloo tikki (potato pancakes). That was just the items that we include for lunch and dinner. Our breakfast Pronti's can be custom made with the following ingredients, egg, sausages, bacon, cheeses, and a special scrambled egg with mixed vegetables that we call Bhurgi.
