This stellar vocal ensemble celebrates two decades of singing sans instruments with an Oak Park concert filled with nothing but highlights, including "The Windhover", an exciting world-premiere commission by their frequent collaborator, composer Paul Crabtree. From traditional choral pieces and spirituals to pop and Broadway songs, Chicago a cappella brings back favorites and signature pieces like Rufus Wainwright's "Cigarettes and Chocolate Milk," Crabtree's "Marge" from "Five Miniatures From The Simpsons", the Hebrew folk song "Yo Lisa Goy" and "Mama Who Bore Me" from Duncan Sheik & Steven Slater's "Spring Awakening", among many more.
