In a comprehensive introductory Learn to Kayak course, you'll go from the classroom to the pool, all while learning the art of the paddle. Start out on land with an introduction to kayaking gear - it doesn't sound tricky, but you'll be amazed at how efficient your strokes become once you feather your paddle - then it's into the pool. There, put your lessons into practice as you get personalized feedback to improve your strokes, braces, and paddling techniques. And toward the end of class, you'll get a brief introduction to that elusive kayak roll, a valuable (and truly epic) way to get yourself and your boat in an upright position without having to get out.
