With this deal, subscribers can go on a $55 half-day whitewater rafting trip on the North Fork Skykomish River that regularly costs $95. The North Fork trip is available only at "early season" water levels -- get out on the water by the end of June to take advantage of this offer. You'll meet at the River House, a restored 100-year-old building in the historic town of Index, where you'll get into your river gear and watch a safety video. Then, hop on a shuttle to a private campground on the river and receive rafting instruction from the experienced guide. The rafts launch from the meeting point of Trout Creek and the North Fork. Ride class III waves down the river while taking in views of the surrounding woods and snow-capped mountains.
