So when Talbott Ottinger moved from Louisiana to Nashville and couldn't find the kind of chicken he craved, he and his brother, Stuart, enlisted some of their friends and together opened Otter's Chicken Tenders. Basically, if you love chicken, you're going to love Otter's Chicken Tenders. Located on Demonbreun, this family friendly restaurant has been serving made-to-order grilled, fried, or buffalo chicken goodness since 2003. Using locally grown produce when in season, Otter's offers everything from classic chicken tenders and wraps to wings and chicken-topped salads. The crinkle-cut fries, which are served with most meals, are some of the best around. We recommend ordering them with a side of Otter's Sauce. We're not exactly sure what it is, but what's important is that it's amazing. Oh, and vegetarians need not fret, Otter's has plenty of veggie options, like the garden salad and vegetable wrap. Whether you're looking for your next lunch spot or need a quick dinner before a night on Demonbreun, Otter's serves great chicken, has an awesome patio, and $2.50 draft beer all day, every day.
