You and your family love cheering on teams in reality race shows as they track down clues and try to beat the clock. Star in your own scavenger story with today's deal from Northwest Family Services -- spend just $20 (regularly $60) for one admission to The Portland Quest on July 21. The costumed city-wide scavenger hunt lasts for 3.5 hours, starting at 10:30 a.m.. After taking off from the Portland Urban Center in Southwest, teams of two or more will work together to search for clues and stations throughout the downtown area, all while looking out for the Portland Pirate, who will be giving treasure to participants that catch him. At the end of the hunt, bounty will be awarded to the top-scoring teams, with prizes for best costumes as well. And all ages are welcome (children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult and everyone under 18 must have a signed parental permission slip, which will be available on-site), making this an awesome real-life experience for your whole family.
