Get your pruning shears ready and freshen that tasting palate: • $49 ($100 value) for a Vine Pruning Experience March 15 - March 30 Arrive in the cool morning with a cup of coffee, and set out to trim and sculpt the vines under the supervision of a professional viticulturalist, who will guide and teach all morning. Warm mulled wine and lunch will be served in the winery at 1 pm, with each couple returning home with two bottles of wine. Pruning shears provided; bring gloves. • $49 ($100 value) for a Vine Training Experience June 1 - June 30 This hands-on, intensive experience will consist of a half day of training, shoot positioning, shoot and cluster thinning, de-suckering, leaf pulling, netting, and tying of growing vines.
