At this peaceful University Heights studio, you can attune yourself to serenity in intro to yoga, hatha flow, mellow flow, or energetic flow yoga. Classes, offered Monday through Saturday, mostly last for 75 minutes and are taught by a team of qualified instructors who emphasize whole-body wellness and a supportive atmosphere.
