SEI takes a few pages out of OYA's book, but expands its sushi to include a rousing spicy unagi harumaki roll -- eel with a hint of spice and basil pear sauce. Mains nod to international tastes, particularly the shrimp tacos with wasabi sour cream and kobe sliders with tomato jam. SAX offers a lush environment combining elements of a French cabaret and a Venetian opera house.
