Welcome to Mio Bento! This is a hidden gem and a great value and quality for their price points! Mio Bento is a fast-casual Japanese spot. Essentials such as teriyaki sauce, miso soup and ginger dressing are all based on family recipes, entrees are made to order, and maki such as rainbow and dragon rolls never sit in the refrigerated case for more than 30 minutes. Sushi chefs will make rolls on the spot if they don't have what you're looking for on hand. Bento boxes featuring teriyaki and tempura as well as Korean dishes such as bulgogi (thin-sliced marinated ribeye) and kalbi (marinated short ribs) are a big part of the menu; they all include rice, salad and pieces of maki.
