Trained in the fine art of low and slow smoking at the age of ten years, Jones has spent his life creating the word's best barbeque. Jones brings his love and passion to every dish he creates. Jones started his career as helping his uncle at the family restaurant, Earl's BBQ.In 1998, Jones moved from his hometown. He married his high school sweetheart and started a family. After moving to Anytown, Jones noticed that there was no real barbeque to be found anywhere in Anytown.
