I think the grilled chicken and steak are equally delicious, so I have had plenty of both. I am a spicy sauce person, and while Maui's is tasty, it isn't really spicy. I generally order a large chicken or steak bowl, which lasts me for two big meals. You get a good portion of grilled meat, steamed carrots, zucchini, rice, and sauce. The owner is great and always remembers the regulars.
