Using grapes grown in Washington State, they believe that there is a link between the vines, hills, winegrowers, and winemakers that results in their production a superior wine. Not only do they bottle and sell their own wines, they also hold private wine tastings where guests can sample, discuss, and learn all about their featured wines. During your private tasting you’ll sample wines like their 2010 Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc, a wine suited for sunny days with its bright, crisp palate and citrus hints. While you nibble on artisan meats, cheeses, crackers, and gourmet chocolates, you might try pairing them with the 2009 Syrah’s smoky flavor, which goes great with fruit and smoked meats.
