Rich Melman’s Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises opened the first Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant was opened in Chicago in 1991. In 1995, Brinker International, owner of the Chili’s chain of restaurants, acquired Maggiano’s.

Maggiano’s Menu Items
Maggiano’s is a casual dining restaurant featuring Italian dishes for lunch and dinner. Menu items include specialty pasta dishes such as lobster carbonara and crab and shrimp tropheo, classic pasta dishes such as spaghetti with meatball and fettuccini alfredo, chicken, seafood, veal and steak. The old-fashioned family-style menu includes a variety of choices for parties of four or more to share. Desserts include cheesecake and tiramisu. The lunch menu includes heros, soups, and salads. A kid’s menu with smaller portions is available.
