The Issue: Supplemental Assistance for Low-Income Families Even when low-income families receive food stamps, many of them still struggle to afford critical non-food items such as toiletries. Madisonville Education and Assistance Center's Choice Food Pantry stocks hygiene items and cleaning products—as well as food—to better serve these families. The Campaign: Providing Toiletries to Families in Need If $35 people donate $10 to this Grassroots campaign, then the Madisonville Education and Assistance Center can provide hygiene items to 70 underserved families.
