Taking over the restaurant his mom started 13 years ago, Javier is continuing the family business of serving up homestyle Cuban grub to the people Astoria, using all family recipes exactly as Mom would cook at home. You know this is going to be good. The daily buffet menu changes each day of the week, and includes such hits as rotisserie cooked chicken and roasted pulled pork, plus your choice of white or cuban rice, fries, or fried sweet plantains.
