Half-day camps last a full week and offer a curriculum of offensive and defensive skills, speed, agility and quickness, mental aspects of the game and sport in general, nutrition, goalie and draw/face off training and box lacrosse game play sessions. All campers will also receive a camp giveaway! For all ages and skill levels; staff includes college and professional coaches and players!
