Having made his way up the ranks at his father's Italian restaurant in Long Island, the owner of La Corsa has spread his wings and for the past three years has been offering delicious handmade Italian to the Upper East Side and Spanish Harlem. Set in a spacious dining room right off the 6 train, La Corsa offers the best of what the Italian cuisine has to offer. If you're just looking for a quick slice you'll pop in to the front of the shop and watch your pie or your garlic rolls come directly from the giant pizza oven behind the counter. Head into the back dining room for more of a sit down mood, and choose from a long list of handmade options like Lobster Ravioli, Rigatoni Shrimp Gorganzola, or the eponomously named Penne all Corsa. And if you're looking for a little family entertainment to go with your Spaghetti Carriettiera join them the first Sunday of every month for "Gospel Comedy", which is less preachy and more just good clean fun.
