Mr. Madison himself, who has been keeping the A collectively coiffed for over 30 years, personally trains each stylist and colorist to his exact specifications. Ergo, each person working at the salon keeps up on the trends (so we don't have to), with continuing education and semesters at the Bumble & Bumble headquarters. And with the tweaked name, comes equally revamped environs. The interior of the recently re-styled James Madison Hair is upscale and sleek, with a bevy of Bumble & Bumble products to choose from up front, and plenty of room for the stylists and colorists to work their magic in the back. Seriously, we're convinced that there's something otherworldly going on here—or maybe this dashing Mr. Madison is just that good. Regardless of whether we pop in for a trim, or a much-needed makeover, these pros somehow manage to wrangle our frizzy, dry locks into submission. And we spend the entire time feeling absurdly luxurious and pampered while they do our 'do. When we were through we walked out, looking and feeling like a million bucks. Not literally, of course—it's our onlookers, who are the green ones.
